Illustrated with Baluster Sundial Plinth.  The Crescent holds the gnomon, which casts a shadow onto the hour band. Engraved along the hour band is the Latin inscription. "HORA QUASI UMBRA" which translates as "time is but a shadow".

Manufactured in high specification mirror polished stainless steel, the sundial is ideal for Haddonstone's Baluster Sundial Plinth (not included).
