What personal data we collect and why we collect it

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

• Contact forms
• Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to show you products that you’ve recently viewed or products that you might like, for example.
• Location, IP address and browser type: we’ll use this for purposes like estimating taxes and shipping
• Shipping address: we’ll ask you to enter this so we can, for instance, estimate shipping before you place an order, and send you the order!
• When shopping, we keep a record of your email and the cart contents for up to 30 days on our server. This record is kept to make shopping easier by repopulating the contents of your cart if you switch devices or needed to come back another day.
• When you sign up to our newsletter we’ll store your email so you can hear all things fabulous from us, and nothing else! Our newsletter provider is MailChimp. Read mailchimp’s privacy policy here.

We’ll also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site.

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:
