Deep Antique Stone Trough, Copper lining

Please note that our showroom is currently closed until further notice.

This 19th century hand hewn trough is a unique piece given it's depth. Most antique stone troughs that were used on the farm to feed or water livestock tend to be long and shallow (we have several examples here in our trough collection) but this one has an unusual depth that makes for a great fountain or tree planter in the garden. A copper lining was recently added for fountain use.

Old restoration work on exterior. In winter conditions, this trough will need to be covered on top and over the sides.

Imported from France.
