Large Antique Ball Finial Posts

Pair of ball finial posts carved from a single piece of limestone.  These rare and beautiful posts have large proportions (see second picture) and     great mossy patina.  A spectacular way to frame an opening into the garden or a pathway.    

Originally from Yorkshire, England. Circa 1850.
