Antique copper cauldron with rounded edge and two substantial hand hammered round iron handles, secured with a riveted iron strap.
In the 19th century copper cauldrons were used for cooking or boiling water for laundry over a fire. Today, these antique pots could be used as planters or water basins, tool holders or firewood bins.
