Carved Limestone Pedestal with beautiful moss and greening. Tapering square cap and base on square baluster column. The capital is engraved with a line from a poem by Robert Burns (1759-1796) "A Red, Red Rose" along with two dates, 1961 on one side of the capital and 2001 on the other side.
