Return Policy

We hope that you love your garden element as much as we do!  But if you are not happy with the item, then please call us to set up a return.   Of course, you can always return an item at our Sudbury showroom!

Now onto the nitty gritty details…

• Please notify us within 7 days of purchase or receipt of goods.
• Items not damaged or altered will be accepted for store credit or exchange.  Please note that custom pieces and architectural cast stone are non-refundable.
• Shipping is non-refundable and a 10% restocking fee will be applied.
• Please keep the original packing materials, boxes or crates for return shipping.
