If you were limited to selecting but a single ornament for your garden, your choice would be instantaneous: you’d pick a bird bath of course!
Essential to ecosystems, birds feed upon insects while they also pollinate flowers and spread tree seeds…our gardens couldn’t exist without these creatures. And birds aren’t picky: any shallow, water-filled basin in which they can drink, cool themselves and bathe will attract them. But while you’re seeing to the well-being of our feathered friends, also have some fun making a design-statement with your bath: do rustic, formal, or over-the-top.
